We love using the EPB app! I can check usage daily to see how it's fluctuating, set a threshold amount for the month and get notified if it exceeds it, compare monthly bills, save PDFs of bills, see if my power is out at home when I'm not there, report power outages and so much more! Convenient and easy to use. Excited to try the new pay feature tomorrow!!

Works great. Did crash on opening until the latest update. Fixing the issue required uninstalling and reinstalling the app though. Updating was not enough. A comparison view of the previous matching period would be nice e.g. usage + weather for June 2020 vs June 2021.

Great and helpful application for charting energy usage and payment information. The EPB app also facilities and easier way to pay the fiber, electric bills and upgrade services! I am pleased to be a user as I am a disabled American veteran with mobility issues. Thanks for creating, maintaining and managing this very important and helpful application. Older version was far better I had zero complaints about the version of the app from a few years back. The worst part is that you have to log in every time you open the app. Beyond that the stats on usage do not display as nicely as the older version. Disappointing from a company that is otherwise so great!

The app used to work fine for me and tracked my usage and was very transparent about my power usage. Now for the last 2+ months in says it's currently unavailable, and I can't tell how much my bill will be until I get my online statement. Makes it hard to plan my monthly bills now!

Can not connect to Epb. I Uninstalled app and reinstall and now the app does not work at all.

Having trouble with this app since the power outage. It's showing my bill Is almost 400 dollars. I have call epb 3 times, and it's still not working right
