Cox isn't a sissy company. If you're late a day or 2 they don't freak out and send 36 emails and messages. There is no faster than cable. All the other companies are coming through like a cell phone signal. I've used or tried all of them. For $70 flat, You ain't streaming 7 TVs, 3 gaming systems, 2 laptops, 2 Tablets, a security system, A smart home system, and some appliances smoothly with T-Mobil, ATT or Verizon. Oh yeah We-Link. Lol my neighbor is flipping out that he got that. 😛

Minus one star because I set up biometrics specifically so that I wouldn't have to use my password to login, but the biometric feature only works within the app, not to log in to the app. Defeats the whole purpose. I don't have my password memorized nor do I carry it on me. Allow us to sign in with a biometric, thanks.

Terrible! I tried for 3+ days to register and sugn in to get the app. I did tons of chats, etc. tried to get someone to call me, but was told they cannot call out. After 3 days I got a number to call and was on hold for over 25 minutes. And still waiting to get signed in?? I was also told there would be no hookup fee and the bill they sent me "has" a $100.00 hookup fee. Why??? Not waived, yet. They are currently working on the hookup fee and will hopefully be getting x-ferred to another

The app kicks me out the dent let me back in to pay the bill and the website says that aren't able to pull up my bills every time I have to pay I struggle to for hours or even days just to make the payment then I have to pay a late fee I've also contacted cox for help several times they were no help at all.

Customer service won't help me downgrade, I can't swap the modem myself, and they keep insisting that I use this app but the app says I have to call customer service
