Smoking, vaping, alcohol, or anything of your own - sugar, nail biting, screen time, doomscrolling. Track up to three habits at once. Each one gets its own challenge, its own score and its own numbers, and adding a second never disturbs the first.
Count it or time it. Cigarettes and drinks are counted; scrolling and gaming are measured in hours reclaimed.
