Description

The Voluntary Movement “Council of Consumer Rights Bangladesh-CRB” is a non-profit, non-political voluntary consumer rights organization. The organization works on consumer rights awareness and consumer protection. In that context, CRB Complaint Apps has been created to protect consumer rights. If a buyer is deceived by purchasing a product through this app, he can complain to the National Department of Consumer Protection in the light of the "Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009". A copy of the complaint will go to the office of the DG of the department. One will go to the district concerned and the other will go to the CRB headquarters. City and metropolitan tenants will be able to file home rent complaints with the city mayor through these apps. Mobile subscribers can also lodge any complaint regarding illegal deduction of money from mobile, MB and irregularities related to the offer at the BTRC office. These apps will have the facility to file three types of complaints. Complaint information and numbers will be published online.
