My experience at CSL Plasma Akron Ohio has been nothing but exceptional. From screening to the actual donation I've experienced nothing but professionalism. The phlebotomist Kristy deserves a lot of credit for how she deals with her patients she finds a way to put everyone at ease. Imagine standing in line for an hour, and the entire time the phlebotomists on the floor are making fun of you. That's this location in a nutshell. Imagine lacking preparation to run your business and then blaming the customers. I've literally been standing in this line for an hour listening to the floor crew make fun of the people standing in line. The floor crew didn't have the necessary items to run their business, but they have a heck of a lot of time to make fun of their patients.

Deceiving company. They LIED to me right away on what I would be paid. No way to talk to anyone from the company. App doesn't work at all, can't log in or make an account. Website doesn't work, can't send feedback. There's no way to complain or ask questions to anyone. If you're smart please go to any other plasma company!

Your card services charge us for everything fast I get the money I didn't know that they charged 1.25 when you shop at the store, and I can't download on my cash app, and I see cash app is getting bad also everyone wants money
