I wish I had downloaded sooner! I've been a plasma donor for 5 years. Always checked in through donor360 through website, not app. Then it occurred to me, I may have points accrued. Points equals Money 💰. So I downloaded the app. And there it was. $$💵. I asked to redeem fast cash, and it went directly onto my CSL donation card. Quick and easy. I made withdrawals on three different days and did a fourth last week. Warning. Don't ignore and not sign in! Points will expire! 💸💸💸Gone😢

Daughter wanted to do plasma but upon applying and answering the questions, the staff member decided not to proceed any further and said she is deferred for she needs to be able to "comprehend" the process. But yet she's accepted to donate blood through Red Cross with their questions she would have to answer. If she can "comprehend" their process, why would she not be able to "comprehend" plasma process. I feel she was discrimination against by being on the autism spectrum.

It won't let me in, it says sorry something went wrong, I've tried everything this is a terrible app

The app is pretty much worthless. It keeps having an ERROR when I try to redeem my give rewards points. So, I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled the app to see if it would fix itself. Then I tried to log in, and it just sits there loading for over a minute, then it tells me, "ERROR, something went wrong, please try again later." How am I supposed to redeem my points and access my profile when you can't maintain your app. Honestly, it kills my motivation to even go donate.

Wow...this app just pisses you off... can't schedule, can't get points and that's AFTER I already put the required information in 3 times.yes.3 fkn times... I will simply stop using CSLP plasma and donate at either the donation center Bio or Metaplasia... I'm owed so many points and my referrals for new donors will follow me also. Since I didn't get credit for them....
