They won't let you donate if you live in a halfway home. They will let people come in off the streets and donate, but they won't let somebody that has a home donate.

Imagine standing in line for an hour, and the entire time the phlebotomists on the floor are making fun of you. That's this location in a nutshell. Imagine lacking preparation to run your business and then blaming the customers. I've literally been standing in this line for an hour listening to the floor crew make fun of the people standing in line. The floor crew didn't have the necessary items to run their business, but they have a heck of a lot of time to make fun of their patients.
