My experience at CSL Plasma Akron Ohio has been nothing but exceptional. From screening to the actual donation I've experienced nothing but professionalism. The phlebotomist Kristy deserves a lot of credit for how she deals with her patients she finds a way to put everyone at ease. I've been donating for several years now and have collected a lot of scar tissue she finds a way to not only stick me with as least pain is possible but also allows me to donate in a timely manner. thank you, Kristy

Avoid donating here. The incentive card requires you to pay predatory fees. Google how many deaths have occurred at their donation centers.

Disappointed with the pay. CSL makes billions upon billions each year on our plasma, and the company gives us very little compensation. They don't consider our time, gas, and money we have to use to get to their location. The employees and CEOs don't work for pennies. The company has promotional posters that say, "Thank you, you saved my life. When you give, you save a life" I don't see that they are donating anything.

We need a new plasma business! This one has lost so much integrity! I'm located in Philadelphia Pa. The workers have been amazingly slow and inappropriate as far as conversation within each other out loud and towards donating guests. Also, this is all about taking as much money back as the company can. For example a new card costs over 10 dollars, any transaction now costs over a dollar when moving or taking out your hard owned donated money. I could list more examples, but I'm limited on writing
