This Facility is clean at all times. The staffs are Professional at all times. Scheduling is easy. They're strict with appointment times. Which I do understand, at the same time, they must be more punctual with donors time. If my appointment is at 8am (for example) I should, we should be able to be validated, and on the donors table/chair no later than 15 minutes after check in. I should be out by 9am/9:05 am the latest. And VIP? Stop that mess. First come first served. After all, we are all VIP.

I have a question I'd like to know if there are any white people that ever get anywhere at a dma seriously just talking from personal experience I was there and watched and every single person I saw deferred was a white person even the drunk black dude got to donate every white person I saw there got deferred out of five times I've yet to see a white person be able to donate says a lot will be reporting them

Took forever to work the first time. Now I can't get back in and the employee at the Greensboro, NC location who answered the phone when I called about it said they couldn't fix my appointment over the phone I had to use the app... They were very knowledgeable and rude. This is the same rude woman who barely answered the phone before when everyone had to call to make appts. Now apparently she has no job but to be rude and lazier. I will post her name here when I find it out.

I had my original social security card, they didn't accept it. I'm above 110 pounds, not good enough. Why? Because despite doctors inserting needles into my veins many times in my adult life according to adma my veins are "too small" and the place that gives over $50,000 a week to donators won't invest in smaller needles. I also get no compensation for all this time, preparation and energy wasted for them turning me away for their lack of small needles.
