I like this app. It seems fairly easy to use. One problem with it is that the rescheduling button has been not operating for over 6 months now. I have to cancel my appointment, it won't let me reschedule. The calendar scrolling is a bit difficult to use. Otherwise, it works well.

I was punctuated through my vain on my second donation experience, but I was able to continue with the process on my other arm, so it was not a wasted trip. I will make sure to get a different phlebotomist for my next appointment to ensure that my time and effort will not be injury versus the reward... I do want to continue donating plasma for the needy people who are counting on us citizens donations for their lives and their health issues, but the staff must be better qualified for the task injection

I am trying to donate plasma after not donating in a year and I think my account is disabled? I am currently trying to contact anyone from the Biolife support team but all they have is an AI Bot with preset responses, all of which are not relevant to my questions

Completely useless app that doesn't let you schedule appointments (it's been broken for months now) and instead of fixing it, they decided a mandatory 8-number code would be required to be emailed (the SMS option also doesn't work, shocker) every single time you want to log in and check your balance. Not to mention, the actual service in the buildings themselves is complete trash, I just waited in the screening line for 70 minutes just to be turned away. 0 stars if it was possible

This was a good way to give and receive at the same time but now the app updated, and you can't do anything not even check your card balance the worst is it says it's a Microsoft company, or it's involved we know what that mean the whole app is trash now even if you have appointment you still have to wait in line it's no structure at all for that part the staff ight but dang this too much just to get what u get for real SMFH the place also needs to better serve the 1s with appointments SMH
