After being forced to do the recent update I can no longer login. I reset my password, but despite multiple attempts at requesting the email verification token I never receive it. I've waited hours checked and rechecked my inbox, spam and trash folders and nothing. Since I can't complete the verification it won't let me log in, please fix. Update! Perhaps I was being impatient, after a day or so the email verification token was sent immediately as intended. Account verified good to go again.

While the app does exactly what you need it to do. They've implemented a new multifactor authentication that is super invasive. I used to be able to quickly log in and adjust my appointments, now I have to wait every single time to login because I have to go to my email to get a code. Even if I've logged in within the previous hour. If it wasn't every time I wanted to log in I'd be fine with it, but it's just gotten annoying.

Just look up Grifols and go there. BioLife is ridiculous. Don't waste your time. I had a bruise on my bicep from my brother punching me. I was cleared by a nurse on a Thursday. I want the following Tuesday and because the bruise wasn't fully healed they wanted me to see the nurse to be cleared again. Sorry, people don't have time for that shenanigans. There is NOTHING that bruise has to do with giving plasma. STOP WASTING PEOPLE'S TIME! (Webster Sq, Worcester, Ma)

It's ridiculous that every time I sign in, not only do I have to retrieve a security code from my email account, it's within a short time span. I bet there's more walk-ins because of this. If addl security measures MUST be added, send a security code in a TEXT! In addition, ever since this security measure has been added, both the App/website, continuously crash! I sign in, have to retrieve security code from email, I go to make an appointment then I have to sign in & retrieve a code again
