I was punctuated through my vain on my second donation experience, but I was able to continue with the process on my other arm, so it was not a wasted trip. I will make sure to get a different phlebotomist for my next appointment to ensure that my time and effort will not be injury versus the reward... I do want to continue donating plasma for the needy people who are counting on us citizens donations for their lives and their health issues, but the staff must be better qualified for the task injection

I am NOT donating for less money! Biolife was offering me $130, I couldn't donate that week, so they put it back down to $115. Are you guys crazy? Listen, I love people, and I love to help as much as I can, and I really do care, but I have to take a break and care for myself, so I can take care of others. And ya'all are ripping people off. You get $3,500 or more for my plasma and pay me a lousy $40/$70? Absolutely nuts! Also, the new update on the app is infuriating! Why overcomplicate the login?

It's ridiculous that every time I sign in, not only do I have to retrieve a security code from my email account, it's within a short time span. I bet there's more walk-ins because of this. If addl security measures MUST be added, send a security code in a TEXT! In addition, ever since this security measure has been added, both the App/website, continuously crash! I sign in, have to retrieve security code from email, I go to make an appointment then I have to sign in & retrieve a code again
