My first visit I was subjected to a hematoma.... I was persistent with the nurse after my physical to be placed with a veteran phlebotomist... yet still now I have this huge bruise that's not cleared for three days and because it's at injection site they look at me like I did something wrong ON TOP OF not being able to claim the amount I was told possible because of their time limit of promo and lack of active listening to donors... KY POP with my next visit hopefully it goes better

App is OK, but waiting for someone at BioLife Vancouver to review your questionnaire, or disconnect you when you are done donating, is unsat. I waited forever to be unhooked when I last donated here, while watching people mosey along and chat with each other the entire wait. This time, I needed a review, as I donate between 2 centers. I waited almost 30 minutes for someone to review my questionnaire, before leaving out of disgust. Noone was there at first, but a line formed while waiting.

If you are ever interested in donating plasma don't go to BioLife because this company discriminate against people in Wheelchairs I came over here to BioLife and they saying that I can't donate because of me being in a wheelchair so yes I'm hella mad 😡
