Overall, I go to one octapharma and the app is fantastic. I went out of town but still continued to donate. I located one and went to use the app. It showed to start my questionnaire at my normal octapharma, then it says locate near me but won't let you do the questionnaire for that other location just opens maps. But I am in front of the location I don't need a map. I need to do the survey. So now I am back at my normal location with the same issue.

The Octapharma Loyal Debit Card sucks it makes no sense when you can see you have funds on the card a when you go make a purchase it's declining that's embarrassing.

Kim in the only one is the only professional I have poor veins, but she doesn't make you feel bad or etc. or make excuses on trying not to make it work I don't even like speaking negative on anyone but as soon as they see me it's negativity including leadership everyone doesn't deserve to be a leader if all you do is don't lead but call someone a patient an enemy I see when they get my card and pass it on to the next because they don't even attempt I will never ever step foot back in this place

Gives you 40, gives phlebotomist 20 for the hour you're there. Makes 3k. A bottle. AND they have the tenacity to give you a card that works for 0 free surcharge arms, so they take 2.50 every time you pull out and if you keep using your card til decline it charges you and if you get declined charges you. Why don't you all just take our souls too? Y'all got an asking price? Gross. Rs: LOL I did ALL of that. You're janky half paid off turd told me an atm it said no surcharge on it, and it STILL did it
