One problem in the past, needle was put in wrong, one peace of tape which came off after the nurse walked off needle started to come out I reached to grab it, she yelled saying why I pulled it out, which I didn't do I just reach out to catch it before it fell to the ground, they said camara showed I pulled it out, not true, the angle of the camera must have been wrong, I didn't pull it out, what' could I possibly gain by doing that manager was polite asked me to leave for the day

I give 4 stars due to after the first 7 visits the pay goes down tremendously. However, you are saving others lives so that's always a plus, but FYI if your only donating plasma for extra cash the first 7 days are great if your smaller but if you are thicker you will more than likely do great even after 7 days cause the pay is based on how much plasma you are able to donate. Thank you

From my experience your info from the app or kiosk isn't private. Especially if you connect to their Wi-Fi from your personal #it isn't a secure Wi-Fi connection. You would think that it would be considering it's a major plasma donor across several states in the USA! Why not secure your connection to their Wi-Fi if you are making them several hundred dollars for each $60. That they are giving you!?!? Anyone, can hack into your phone and draw a couple of dollars to a few cents from your card!!!

The regular phlebotomist at this location work together to sabotage the machine to clot your blood to stop you from coming there if they don't like you. A supervisor should check after every patient machine constantly.
