You have to be a donor at Octapharma, I go to the Santa Fe springs store. Easy to use easy to see your history of donations and payments and easy to see your suggested days to donate. Track your next payments, track your prepaid card balances on the app. No need to call for balance or deposit. Use card in most businesses including online merchants. Though, some franchises do not accept prepaid cards on online purchases you can though use it at the counter swipe machine. Great app to track items.

One problem in the past, needle was put in wrong, one peace of tape which came off after the nurse walked off needle started to come out I reached to grab it, she yelled saying why I pulled it out, which I didn't do I just reach out to catch it before it fell to the ground, they said camara showed I pulled it out, not true, the angle of the camera must have been wrong, I didn't pull it out, what' could I possibly gain by doing that manager was polite asked me to leave for the day

Pathetic I am going to start off saying they under pay you for your time compared to other plasmas second the whole staff isn't friendly at all. They have you standing in line for 2 hours before even getting screened I understand there is no appointment needed to donate, but that's just ridiculous u can be the first person waiting to donate but if a client is on the octa express they get first digs before you do with that being said save yourself some time and stress go somewhere else to donate!

Waited in line for an hour then the machine couldn't read my paulse so had to wait another 20 minutes for something that wasn't my fault at all. Some of the employees talk more than they work but once I got my donation going everything went perfect

The new app shouldn't track our location with "always on." I use Android, and I'm uninstalling the app, then installing it on the Android "work profile" instead, because the work profile can be disabled, and I leave my work profile disabled almost all the time. AI can teach you how to set up apps in a separate work profile. I don't actually use the work profile for my employment, but it is useful in order to have a separate place to install apps, and you can turn it on only periodically, on an
