Downloaded app and finally got the system setup for auto start. Works great. Just an FYI when you set up auto temp sensor make sure you take the battery cover off and activate the battery!

The auto start/ stop function of the app is designed to start the generator after being at a preset voltage for a preset amount of time. It is also supposed to shut off after the batteries reach a preset voltage for a preset amount of time. This does not work at all. Instead, the system auto stops based time regardless of voltage. I have reached out to customer support through email, online, and by calling the number provided. I was sent in an endless loop of people to call with zero actual help

AGS? What good is an AGS without the auto mode? I can't count on it to stay engaged, which forces me to have to manually turn it on before I go anywhere. Which is generally a feature that a generator already has...........

This app so far is garbage. Will not control the generator properly on auto start. Constantly disconnects. Won't even stay connected long enough to do update, and I stay right next to control box. When it disconnects from the Bluetooth the generator shuts down. It should run until battery is fully charged as Ibhave it set yo run 60 minutes at 13.7 volts. Have had a couple ec30 and they work perfect. Cummins you need to put some effort into fixing this problem.
