The food is good, and I will order from them again soon, but the app is awful. Just use the website. I've just received a notification and e-mail to say that my curry has been dispatched. This is true...but useless. I ordered the curry about fifteen hours ago and ate it about 13 and a half hours ago. Every order gives me four app notifications AND four e-mails. Why? There is a loyalty system that seems designed to irritate... I earn twenty points for each order but can only ever redeem fifteen at a time. I get constant SMS messages telling me to download the app to get 'cashback' but this simply doesn't happen. The app recently updated itself, and I couldn't redeem my loyalty points on the next order. I only downloaded the app to get this fictional cashback. Otherwise, it is the same as the website. Also, there are two prices for most of the dishes - one in the photo and second (higher) one in the listing. I am sure they could crop this out.
