I really like this app, it has everything needs for a diet based on cycling. It keeps track of calories via a calorie log, and keeps my weight updated, which by itself is fairly motivating! There's a workout plan that is properly rotated with stretches, warm ups and cool downs, and is also rotated daily the way workouts should be, and the meals are GREAT! If I don't like what's on the menu for the day, I can pick a different meal, and the recipes are instructions are well written. There are also some very helpful articles. I find it quite easy to follow and use.

I like the idea of a personalized cycling plan and custom meal plans. Also thought the fact that it counts down calories was very useful. Also keeping track of meals would help a lot with losing weight.

Buyer Beware, automatic renewal with no notice given. When cancelling only 50% refund given. No T&C's in app. Scam! Update - after Cycling Diet reached out, no one reached out to 'chat' and still only received 50% refund. Poor follow up and poor service.
