★★☆☆☆ This app is absolutely useless. Changed broadband provider, the new router doesn't have the capability to split the channels. So I had to buy an extender with the capability. It then took 4 hours to connect to the app, going over and over the same process before it magically worked. A few weeks later and it won't connect to the pump again. It just goes nowhere when I try to open the pump.

★★☆☆☆ Utterly Useless. Have now spent 3 hours with 4 people and 5 phones and still haven't managed to connect to the damn thing. For a leading brand, this thing is total trash! Of course it's all plumbed in now, so it'll be a pain to remove, and I'll be lucky to get money back. DD you must fix this!!!

★★☆☆☆ Won't connect to Wi-Fi network using 2.4ghz as required by dosing pump, Direct connect won't connect either doesn't show up as a device Kamoer remote app works but won't upgrade firmware always gets stuck at 99% Expected more from DD and £300 spent on dosing pump with all these problems, poor experience to be honest. Wouldn't recommend the pump or app.

★★☆☆☆ Won't connect at all even on a 2.4G connection. Utterly useless. Can't contact support either. Choose another dosing pump.
