After a cheap builder-installed sump failed and flooded our basement, we were glad to have this sump installed and even more assured that I can monitor it remotely and receive updates if anything goes wrong. That said, how accurate are the readings? Did my sump really pump out over 15,000 gallons yesterday? And if so, is this pump going to be enough long-term (I went with the one with backup pump and battery backup)?

Completely useless app. Huge gaps in reporting, sometimes goes 12 to 15 hours before updating. If my sump pump stops working, I don't want to find out 15 hours too late. Loses its connection to Wi-Fi very frequently. Forget about customer service, I have been waiting days, and still no response on a service request.

In attempting to set up my new account I continue to receive an error message that just keeps stating "there was an error creating your account". Hopefully the actual pump and battery backup work better than the app.

Refused to connect. Returned the plug for a full refund. I wish I had read the reviews before spending $300cdn on a plug. Find an alternative!
