D-Nites

D-Nites brings venues, promoters and the people on the dance floor together in one app.

FOR PROMOTERS
• Know how the party is doing before it ends: result, income, expenses and venue on one screen.
• Every expense logged as it happens: fees, flights, promo… what was paid and who paid it.
• Import your Resident Advisor ticket sales and simulate the party with planned expenses.
• Split the bill with partners, no spreadsheets: the app works out who pays whom and one tap settles it.
• Your venues’ free dates, one tap away: claim a date and the event is created with the venue’s terms.

FOR VENUES
• Your season under control: publish free dates or assign them to a promoter.
• Settlement without arguments: rent, staff and bar share calculated for you, with general terms or ones agreed with each promoter.
• A cash-up with proof: Z report, cash and card terminals with a photo, ticket drinks, comps, promoter lists and night staff.
• Team permissions: owner, admin and team.

THE SAME NUMBERS FOR BOTH SIDES
The promoter sees the same settlement as the venue. Both confirm the total and the party is closed. What’s private to each side stays private.

FOR THE PUBLIC
• The venues’ programme with artwork, line-up and ticket link.
• Profiles for venues, promoters and DJs, plus a DJ directory showing where they play.
• Follow who you like and get their updates.

In Spanish, English and German.
