However, the delivery and self-pickup services have issues. Recently, one medicine was missing from my order due to being out of stock, without any prior notification in the app. I paid 1064rs The bill was 993, the app promised a refund, I haven't verified whether it was credited yet. Every time you order medicine from the Dava India app, you'll face problems like the MRP shown on the app is higher, but you receive medicine at a lower MRP, sometimes the wrong medicine is delivered, or you get less quantity. The customer service representatives don't even know about their own app and give different explanations each time. When you try to return, they decline it every time and promise a refund, but you never receive it 😒. I've ordered medicine from the app 2-3 times and faced

Very poor service. I ordered medicines from Dava India, and my order was supposed to be delivered on 22nd September. I have raised several requests regarding the delayed delivery, but I have not received any proper update so far. There is no customer care number available, and I have not received any call regarding the delivery or delay. This was my first order from Dava India, and unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the service and overall experience. Please look into this matter
