Description by Syanac(from Google Play)
Days Sober: Quit Tracker App helps you count time since quitting, record urges you resisted and keep a daily reflection. Follow sober days or time without smoking, drinking or another habit, with a personal history that includes more than the current streak. Use it as a quit vaping tracker, a smoke-free day counter or a craving tracker when you stop smoking.
The app interface and educational content are in English. Your reflections and notes are your own text.
SEE THE TIME YOU HAVE BUILT Choose the habit you want to track and enter your quit date and time. Watch the counter progress, revisit milestones and see estimated money saved from the cost and usage figures you provide. Savings are arithmetic based on your inputs, not a financial record of purchases you actually avoided. Start with the information you know and keep your tracking grounded in your own situation.
RECORD A RESISTED URGE An urge does not have to disappear from your story just because you got through it. Save an urge entry, optionally record its intensity or trigger, and note what helped. A resisted-urge record is separate from a relapse: recording one does not reset your quit counter. Look back at these entries to remember difficult moments and the responses you chose.
MAKE ROOM FOR A DAILY REFLECTION Record how the day felt, add a note and use the available helped or hard tags to describe it. Your reflection gives context to the days on the counter. A short entry is useful even when you have little to write. Revisit your own history and descriptive recaps to see what you recorded; they do not establish causes, predict relapse or provide a treatment recommendation.
KEEP THE HISTORY WHEN YOU RESTART If you log a relapse, the current run starts again while earlier history and your longest run remain part of your record. A restart need not erase the time you already tracked. The app records the dates and events you enter and gives you a place to continue, without turning one event into a clinical judgment about recovery.
MILESTONES AND LOCAL REMINDERS Use milestones as personal reference points and local reminders as prompts to return to your record. Notifications depend on permission and device settings. Track more than one chosen habit when you need separate timelines. Themes let you change the appearance while the underlying record remains yours.
EDUCATIONAL TIMELINES HAVE LIMITS The health timeline supplies general background associated with elapsed time. It does not measure your body, confirm recovery or predict when a benefit will occur for you. People and circumstances differ. Treat these labels as educational context, and take medical questions about smoking, alcohol or withdrawal to a qualified professional.
YOUR OWN TRACKING RECORD Core counters and journal records are kept on your device and can be used offline. Export your tracking data as JSON when you want your own copy. Opening an external help resource is a separate action and may need a connection. Local journal storage is not a promise that purchase or update services never process data; consult the privacy policy for app-service details.
HELP AND SAFETY This app is a motivation and tracking tool, not a medical device or medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Withdrawal can be medically dangerous, including alcohol withdrawal. Speak with a healthcare professional before reducing or stopping use. Seek urgent local medical help for serious symptoms such as confusion, a rapid heartbeat, tremors or hallucinations, or if you may harm yourself.
The app's SOS screen includes US resources: 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, SAMHSA National Helpline 1-800-662-4357 and FindTreatment.gov. In the US, call 911 for an immediate emergency. These are US resource identities, not a promise of worldwide coverage; outside the US, use appropriate local emergency and crisis services. Treatment search: https://findtreatment.gov
