With DB Call a Bike, you can get around spontaneously and flexibly, 24 hours a day. You can rent a bicycle at any time and anywhere in Germany at affordable rates.
Our bikes are often located near train stations, for example in Berlin, Frankfurt am Main, Cologne, and Munich. With just one app, you can use Call a Bike, as well as StadtRAD Hamburg and Lüneburg, and RegioRadStuttgart. Rent up to four bikes at once with a single account.
Find your bike on the interactive map, rent it via QR code, and pause your ride or end it at a Call a Bike station.
The app lets you see all available bikes and stations at any time, and always keeps your bookings and costs clearly visible.

To avoid a wrong GPS parking position (and eventually a surcharge) I recommend selecting the map and hitting the GPS symbol before returning the bike by closing the lock. Otherwise, a good app

Pretty good app but really hard to find where to drop the bike. Yes, you can say "show me where I am" but it doesn't show where you are, only the area. The area where a drop is possible, but where is it relative to me? Disappointing, and while searching, the clock ticks. Other possible improvement: - show the drop stations in Google map. - show the navigation through the city. - combine with Google map to show navigation through the city.

I am trying to register in their website. At the last of the registration I was asked to verify my phone number by providing PIN received in the SMS. But I didn't receive any PIN. I am facing this issue from several months but still not fixed.

They delete your account without telling you anything. They leave you without a bike for days just because of their own mistake. This is unacceptable!! Nothing like this has ever happened to me with any other company

There is something wrong with the app, and it's GPS. I had parked the bike at the station that I picked the bike up from. I failed to park the bike right next to the other bikes. Got charged for an out of area parking fee of €10. Emailed customer. Got a refusal email to get a refund. Same thing happened when I parked next to Buggering. I thought I had placed the bike on pause. Must have accidentally ended the ride. Got charged another out of area fee of €10. I will not use the service again.
