So far, it didn't make any kind of issues with me, it's almost 2 years, and when I had an issue, it was directly resolved, so I wouldn't call it an issue

This app is a good app taking all the aspects into account but what I don't like is the fact that the app uses the camera automatically even when I don't need it. And even when I already choose to enter the bike code manually the app still uses the cam in the background. Completely unnecessary and uses power of course.

Good app for renting bikes, have been using it for 4 years. With a map you can easily locate bikes, check availability, select the bike from a list or by number. You can review your current and past bookings including charged fees. First half hour is free of charge. There are sometimes issues in connections, ghost bikes which're shown in app but are not available at stations and once I couldn't return a bike. Called support at 10pm and we solved the issue. In the long run I can recommend the app

I love stadtrad. Cheap price. Quick support when needed. Bikes overall in good quality. Amazing service in HH.

I like the app and the bikes actually in a good condition. But I had a bad experience with payment system, someway It's failed to charge my account, and they sent me eamil thta I need ti make transfer now for this money, or they will force debt. Crazy. I asked them just to charge my card again, and they said they cannot-nice. I had restrictions on my card for transfers, so after that I was looking who from my friends can make it instead of me. Nice app, but not user-friendly at all.

Doesn't work. Registration SMS never arrives from app or website. There's a complaint from a week ago, but still hasn't been fixed. I've used bike share in Lille, Berlin, Manchester, Seville and this is the only one that just doesn't work at all.

I signed up. Paid the bill now my contract is blocked, and I can't use the app or the bikes!! The contact us page of the app and site does not work!! And when I call support they only speak German which I don't understand. Once I was able to get through to an operator, but she told me to wait and kept me on call for 15 minutes!! I did email. You don't answer emails either! Nov 11: I do have patience, I emailed on 2nd Nov and I still have not received any type of response! I don't know whom you've emailed, but it's definitely not me
