When paying for swimming lessons using the app, charged me 3 times! A week before Christmas too. DBL of course played their part in the rigmarole; another 3 days of wrestling over emails and calls not being returned, and then the inevitable, '7 to 10 working days' till it's returned to your account. All the predictable modern day customer service excellence, that we expect from faceless companies. Joy. I wonder what would happen if ever I forgot to pay...?
