Fantastic app, makes booking classes and swimming easier. Been waiting for this for a while
★★★★★Adam Dodd· May 25, 2024
Good it's a step in the right direction for modernizing the DCLT brand. The app seems to work well, and it's smooth, I haven't had any issues thus far finding info and booking classes.
★★★★★Mark Gardner· Sep 21, 2023
Staff very helpful; classes & amenities well run & managed. The online booking easy to navigate; the later app; better than previous Thank you; MG avid Armthorpe user.

I literally stopped using The Dome as often as I have because of this app. Absolute disaster, app is user not friendly. Navigation is all over place. It's crashing all the time, one can't see bookings or free slots. Once booked or added to favorites, booking or venue disappear. Tragedy.
★★☆☆☆Peter Gregory· May 31, 2025
Terrible. I can't log in, and I can't change my password. Although you do take my money every month. I have to go to the Astern Center to make my bookings. Wasting my time.

Saying all classes are fully booked. Tried to charge me for swimming, yet I'm a member. The classes I book via the website then don't appear in the app. Pretty pointless app ATM I'm afraid
★☆☆☆☆Peter A. Kelly· May 19, 2024
Absolutely terrible, so hard to use, so small on screen and so difficult to book anything.
★☆☆☆☆Colin Waller· Nov 11, 2023
Forced to have three separate accounts for children's swimming lessons, but no easy way to swap between accounts when booking swimming outside of lessons. No integration with swimming lesson website/progress tracking and lesson booking. Will continue to try app periodically but opportunity missed to resolve this historic issue, website with autofill easier to use.
