Saying all classes are fully booked. Tried to charge me for swimming, yet I'm a member. The classes I book via the website then don't appear in the app. Pretty pointless app ATM I'm afraid

Terrible. I can't log in, and I can't change my password. Although you do take my money every month. I have to go to the Astern Center to make my bookings. Wasting my time.

Absolutely useless app. So many issues. Charged me double and when you try to contact them the online chat doesn't reply and the phone number just rings out.

Forced to have three separate accounts for children's swimming lessons, but no easy way to swap between accounts when booking swimming outside of lessons. No integration with swimming lesson website/progress tracking and lesson booking. Will continue to try app periodically but opportunity missed to resolve this historic issue, website with autofill easier to use.

Since joining, I have had nothing but problems trying to book sessions. Today it is telling me I need a valid membership!! It is slowly driving me mad 😠 😡
