Description

De Fierit Zorgapp is een intuïtieve tool voor de
zorgprofessional. Het is een mobiel verlengstuk van
het ECD en geeft zorgprofessionals toegang tot
informatie over cliënten die zij die dag zullen bezoeken.
Eenmaal bij de cliënt weten zij precies welke zorg de
cliënt nodig heeft. Alle gegevens die zij nodig hebben
om het zorgproces optimaal te laten verlopen, hebben
ze binnen handbereik. En nieuwe informatie kunnen
zij direct verwerken via de app. Hierdoor blijven
cliëntgegevens altijd actueel. Dit is niet alleen belangrijk
voor de cliënt, maar ook voor de andere collega’s die
zorg aan de cliënt verlenen. Via de overdrachtsrapportages
in de Zorgapp blijven alle betrokkenen up to date.
Het stelt de zorgprofessional in staat om nauwer samen
te werken met collega’s en de cliënt. Dit verhoogt de
betrokkenheid en komt de kwaliteit van de zorg ten
goede. Door de Zorgapp in te zetten kunnen
zorgprofessionals belangrijke voordelen behalen ten
aanzien van de kosten, tijd en efficiëntie. Geen
administratieve rompslomp meer na de zorgverlening.
Het resultaat? Meer waardevolle tijd en aandacht
voor de cliënten.
