I am a very big fan of costars offers, the app and the support chat. The app is easy to understand and navigate and in the support chat they always replied to me very fast, very polite and very helpful!

Simple and easy to navigate. Telecom should learn from this. More language options would be nice.

Even as someone with only a toddler's understanding of German, I find this app easy enough to use. I recently made some changes to my family's phone plan in the app, it went smoothly without issue.

You can only log in of you have access to the phone number in the contract. The website does not provide a regular login anymore or requires 2FA to the same name which renders the whole contract management useless.

I've been with Cong star for well over a decade, and I've always believed in the saying, "If it's not broken, don't fix it". What was wrong with the website? Nothing was wrong for the user. Now, another ridiculous app. Yet another app to deal with on multiple platforms. More work, more data for less result. As a reply to your reply below: feels AI generated... what future are you referring to? I'm paying now.

Terrible App, terrible service. Don't waste your time with these clowns.
