Everything is fine. It doesn't have English in the settings :/ Icons on the navigation bottom bar is too thin, it could look much better. Anyway, thx for the nice service 🙂

You can only log in of you have access to the phone number in the contract. The website does not provide a regular login anymore or requires 2FA to the same name which renders the whole contract management useless.

I've been with Cong star for well over a decade, and I've always believed in the saying, "If it's not broken, don't fix it". What was wrong with the website? Nothing was wrong for the user. Now, another ridiculous app. Yet another app to deal with on multiple platforms. More work, more data for less result. As a reply to your reply below: feels AI generated... what future are you referring to? I'm paying now.
