Don't deliver! After 2 days they call u "sir can we deliver now" then make promise this will not happen again u order again it happens. Even subscription orders are not delivered staff is fouling management they don't want work or may be vice versa 😉 even customer care don't pick the phone or answer on WhatsApp

Very disappointing experience with Deepika. Deliveries are always late — even when a slot is assigned (like 7–8 PM), the order ends up getting delivered the next day. Orders have been delayed 10/10 times with the exact same repeated excuses. The service is highly unprofessional and unreliable. Customer support is also unresponsive, and every time they give the same reasons: “no rider available,” “bike broke down,” or “stock not available.” 0 stars. Overall, not recommended at all.
