The app will show from time to time that the Charger is offline. For example 10 seconds online, 10 seconds offline - 10 seconds online etc. Very annoying and makes using the App very problematic. And the based of research the problem is not my WiFi-network.

+ Charger itself is good - Load balancer fails few times a year and requires hard restart. You don't get any notifications about that in app, charger just starts to charge slower. - Few times a year app or charger loose connection to servers, so you cannot change settings or charge. - All above makes it unreliable, e.g. you can find yourself in the morning with surprisingly not charged car. - App seems to be developed by people who don't use it - 15 min charge intervals makes it useless in winter

When opening the app it requests my phone number, without giving any reason. I just want to access and control my charger in my own garage.

The app is missing a feature to show realized costs from a charging session based on Nordpool prices (electricity market price). Additionally, "business" receipts are absolutely useless as they do not show how many kw's was charged at certain hour.
