Very nice people driving their buses, and you're here on time, and they pick you up at a reasonable time as well. It's not like a 1/2 hour or an hour before you gotta be there. You're not riding the bus a long time. They pick you up and maybe a couple of stops and yours is next, it's a good service.

This service has so much potential. The app glitches out constantly though, and you end up having to book online an hour early. They're supposed to call you, or you are supposed to get a message when they're 5 minutes out but the evening drivers will literally just drive off if you're even 5 feet away. The morning drivers are 10/10, but the evening drivers need some serious training. I've had them leave after showing up early or just not show up period, SO many times and end up late.

Since we are supposed to rate the app is trash. If you booked a ride, and it's not showing up in the rides list sometimes. Sometimes there is nothing there until 10 min before they get there. Most of the time it is 20 min. the drivers are saying some of the same things. And then when we mention it to dispatch they don't seem to believe you. Well your the first person to say anything. I do see it was recently updated today. So I will see what they did to it adjust my review accordingly
