If you don't mind having basically every delivery either cold, spilled in the bag, or missing half the items, (or all of the above) then Deliveroo for you! Seriously though don't even bother, it's so rare to get a takeaway from Deliveroo, Uber Eats, etc. without feeling disappointed after. Your wallet will thank you, cus it ain't cheap, that's for sure.

On the app it says "delivery free for orders above AED 50, My order was AED 172.00, still got charged AED 8.45. No possibility to reach customer service or speak to anyone.....

Don't bother. Spent 4 hours waiting for my food, which never came, then was comped just 5 gpb in vouchers. This is while being a paying member. Awful company. Edit 1: driver stole our food after accusing us of being underage despite my children and husband being present. And when my husband went to get his ID. The driver fled with our paid groceries. They never got back to me and I was never refunded. Update: finally deleted this app and moving to a different one. Awful customer service.

it's a pathetic service. I placed an order for tbe first time with deliveroo and didn't receive anything but app was showing as order delivered, upon contacting customer service team I was told that rider had a minor accident, I placed another order and same thing happened upon inquiring was informed that delivery was damaged tbat is why not delivered. Rider never bothered to call us and delivery status was coming as delivered. I am not going to use deliveroo again ever and wouldn't recommend.
