Never seems to update the temperature and humidity correctly. The CST connection just seems really unreliable, and I only have it about 3 m away from the unit.

After 2 years, we suddenly have someone else able to control our unit and, I suspect, we control theirs., Dreadful security through the cheapest development possible, as so many of these systems suffer from. Grow up De Long hi.

The app is awful. I have the air conditioner for 3 days, 1st day I linked it with the app which was also a "process", the next day the connection wasn't working. Wi-Fi- strong, I was connected, it actually allowed me to press buttons in the app, but the device was not responding to the commands. I re-done the whole linking. 3rd day, I am no longer loged in and the button to log in is not working, force stopping and restarting didn't help. I'd commit a suicide if I'd programmed this.

Why have an app for a device if you cannot connect to it? It constantly throws errors when trying to connect the portable air conditioner
