Repeatedly cannot find the air conditioning unit. The unit needs to be turned off and back on again. Has never found the CST remote control. The app is slow and clunky. The air conditioner is good but this app is junk.

Absolutely terrible. Don't waste your time. I've emailed customer support too and have had no reply. Don't buy This model el112 not worth the extra money as the Wi-Fi and app connectivity doesn't work!!

Constantly have to re-login every time I use the app. You can't use the app without Bluetooth turned on but since it is already on the home network I can't fathom why. Slow response to control inputs for the minutes you are logged in before it will log you out again. Worse compared to the Dyson app. It is a bad experience overall and somehow manages to be less functional than just using the AC's remote. Update: My original review was in 2023. 2 years on issues persist and worse new ones.
