This app has worked fine for me. April 2026 update broke the 'Share' button in the top-right corner when viewing PDFs, but a more recent update has fixed this.

Pretty good access to all the info I need, but I hate hate hate having to log in every time I open the app. Why is this necessary? Honestly what risk is there to keeping me logged in? ** Updated to add a star after response from developer . Am now using face ID for the app, and it works well **

I love being able to view how much is owing on my account and being able to make extra payments through the app. Very easy to use and would highly recommend this app for others who are on a dental plan ☺

AVOID dealing with this scammy company. They constantly invent reasons to levy extortionate ’fees'. We are a responsible family. We make sure to have sufficient funds to cover the AGREED direct debit, but they inflate it without advising us or gaining consent, then, to add insult to injury, demand a $16.50 fee because the bank rejects the non-agreed amount. Wish to make a direct payment? No bank details available, only card plus another extortionate fee for your trouble. AVOID AVOID

Much like the other reviews, a very predatory company. Limited payment options like can't use a card with a less than 3 months expiry while also only allowing card payments. Exorbitant reprocessing fees that stack (get a reprocessing fee for missing a reprocessing fee on top of another reprocessing fee for missing the ordinary payment. Payments not going through when money is 100% in the account, so you get a reprocessing fee, this company causes me so much stress each week.
