I will be travelling New haven to Dieppe on 21st March and have tried everything to contact DFDS to advise advance passenger information, but emails are returned. Finally, I wrote two letters to the DFDS managers at New haven.

Since last Friday, app doesn't show if trailers are on hold or not for dropping in Terminal. For pickup, it seems to show correctly. Please also fix it for the dropping, so drivers could check in time if trailers are on hold or not.

Not sure what the point of this app is. I booked a trip with DFDS via direct ferries then downloaded this app to manage my booking...except there is no way in this app to add an existing booking anywhere. I signed up with the same email that I used on direct ferries and yeah, no "add existing trip using reference number" option. Seems pretty useless.

Utterly useless. Account login not possible. Displays bookings ok with name / reference number, but otherwise as acutely and tortuously bad as the DFDS ferry booking website. Developer feedback is simply patronizing auto responses stating user error needs investigating, where any form of criticism is made. This is absolutely appalling. A DFDS App that actually functions is required.
