The Eurail app worked very well for us, brought us a lot of reassurance. Our travel manager set it up beautifully, and it supported 3 travel journeys in the UK. I would highly recommend as the train networks can be very busy, and we found the app informative and responsive when confirming a trip.

Traveling by train with the Eurail app is the best way to get around in Europe. The app has a steep learning curve but once you figure it out it's easy and quick. After three tries and a sleepless night, at 4 am, I found the one video that had what I was doing wrong! Watch a lot of videos! Make one trip named for yourself, connect your code to that, and use it exclusively. Any other trip names are useless! Buon DiMaggio!

Very easy to use, the only issue is that for reservations it is not that useful since you have to buy tickets in the station, not web.

The app needs improvement. Reservations (ticket purchase) don't automatically use a travel day. I just received a very stern scolding for not activating my day prior to boarding the train. There are a number of other challenges like no same day reservations when reservations are required, food add on to first class is required by some trains but not available in the app. Eurail customer service is slow. You will miss trains waiting for human response. No phone number to call for urgent issues.

First time with an Interrail pass for many years. I am not enjoying this app. It does the concept of Interrail travel no service. Using it is more of a fight than anything else. The reservation process, the syncing with the website, the travel planning. Really has been a major let down. There has to be an easier, user-friendly way, surely.

Terrible information, nothing functions, the DB Reisezentrum do not understand it either. On the way north on first leg of trip, train was too late to reserve trains to Norway.so I illegally landed in Stockholm.and paid separate fair for a train 3 days later to Fredrika. Now trying to return with day 3 to Torrential, ZH.the first reserved train from Kiel to Mannheim was cancelled. So I hope that however I return.will be covered by this pass.
