The flaw with this app seems to be that you have to spend a "travelling day" before you know if the train is fully booked or not. What's more, yesterday I bought seat reservation but I still hasn't materialized thou the money was charged. Is this a rip-off system? All in all, I wasted about 150 euros by buying the Pass compared to what is would have costed if I just had bought the tickets through normal channels. It is possible to save some money, I guess, but be very careful.

By itself, this app isn't too bad. However, even if you log into it with the same account as you use on the website, you can't use the same trip, so if you enter trip details on one, it's not shown in the other place. I could maybe live with that *except* you can't make reservations directly from the app. You have to go to the website, which associates the reservation with the website, not the app. So then you have to add it to the trip on the app manually and hope you got the details right.

Confusing, convoluted, unclear & non-working. I purchased unnecessary rail tickets, because the process of connecting a rail pass is so confusing. Forget about if you're trying to do this for a group of travelers. So frustrating.
