Apparently no longer works. Have been unable to use. Probably used it around mid-summer, and it was fine but not working now. You can still reserve on the dfw website, however.

This app (yes new one) does not work. Error about dates when making a reservation. The changes to the app have also impacted the service. When I land it is 20+ minutes before telling you where your car is. they attendants just hand you your keys and point. Not sure this is valet as much as assisted parking at this point.
