Meh. Easy to use app to be fair. However, making a booking and nothing arriving within the time slot stated or any notification the driver was going to be late is somewhat annoying. Be on the receiving end of this company, and you'll likely be disappointed. Ended up diving in a car that someone had booked which was also a whole HOUR late ....
