I struggled with the seats and rows, so I couldn't choose seats I prefer 😅

★★★★★ Lubabalo Pita · Jan 16, 2026

It doesn't just make life easy it makes it easier.

★★★★★ Hlumelo Payi · Dec 19, 2025

Great, but navigating through multiple apps is a drag.

★☆☆☆☆ Marvin Johnson · Aug 5, 2026

Buying tickets is not a problem. Trying to transfer them is frustrating. Followed all the steps. Moving between platforms - WHY. Tickets would not appear under Manage tickets. Help desk tried their best for a couple of days. Also trying to add a person to your network all their details match but still shows nothing found. Frustrating is all I can say. Not user-friendly at all, if you need to do something more than buy.

★☆☆☆☆ JJ Nieuwerth · Jan 17, 2026

The fact that I have to use this app to get and view tickets is disgusting! They just want to boo downloads of their app at the cost of convince to anyone who wants to go to the game. Very disappointed at the capitalist greed

★☆☆☆☆ George Barberton · Jan 2, 2026

I was sent tickets, accepted them via the emailed link and received a confirmation email with Booking reference number. The tickets, however, have not appeared in the app, so are unusable. There are no contact numbers to speak to a human. Also tickets I sent someone, were sent WITHOUT me completing the final step of filling the checkbox to accept the T&C's or clicking the "confirm transaction" button. The app is very dicey with no direct feedback possible.

★☆☆☆☆ Charlotte De Witt · Jan 19, 2026

This app in conjunction with the Ticketmaster app was extremely difficult to use. It took me over an hour, after uninstalling, re-installing apps, changing passwords, to book the tickets. Surely there can be an easier system
