I bought for tickets, and I can't view it in the app😠. There is also no. Contact number

I was sent tickets, accepted them via the emailed link and received a confirmation email with Booking reference number. The tickets, however, have not appeared in the app, so are unusable. There are no contact numbers to speak to a human. Also tickets I sent someone, were sent WITHOUT me completing the final step of filling the checkbox to accept the T&C's or clicking the "confirm transaction" button. The app is very dicey with no direct feedback possible.

You really need it just before the game and Ticketmaster servers cannot cope... so when you need it it doesn't work. Stormers need a different solution.
