This process to get my tickets is ridiculous - impossible to navigate. I've paid a lot of money to watch what should be a great game of rugby, now spoiled by a process that is totally un user-friendly!!! Still don't have my tickets!!!

An absolute Glitchiest. The app malfunctioned and I couldn't retrieve my tickets. Their fix - get help at the venue. At the venue 3 or 4 staff wanted to help - but inevitably only 1 young lady took the time to do it. I was told off by the" lead developer" - of this glitchathon! It was revolting - 30 min of the first half gone just to watch this siff attitude ! Nah - your new brand of service ... special. Printers at shack A weren't grafting. couldn't make it up. Reviews -1* tell us you don't care!
