Worst service ever, if trading balance is required for transaction then why wallet balance is given, where we cannot convert wallet balance to trading, and "help" all these options are only for show, customer grievance is not resolved even after weeks!

When the app is developed for services I think that there would be the owner, but when contact with the service provider no respond from it, I have transfer amount in there account and made payment request for many times no answer from the service provider, I am very, very upset with it, service provider should give response to their costumers when made contact with them. I don't want to give even a single star if possible. I think this service is totally fraud.
