Every time you log in, you have to answer your security questions even though you have biometrics on. It should just allow you in if you use biometrics, Come on, dime Bank.

Sometimes it asks for my security question answers over and over and over. Even though I answer them correctly, it'll ask them at every login for days. It never denies access, just very annoying to answer over and over.

This app is a direct mirror image of exactly what this bank once was. At one time they prided themselves on being community oriented small town banker taking personal care of their members. They slowly but consistently have gotten away from this and focusing more on expanding their bottom line than the needs of the members they serve. This app is just one example of their goals to cut costs using a sub-par product to increase there profit margin regardless of the effect it has on its members.

It won't let me log in to my account I typed everything right I want to check my balance because my check should go through tonight, but now I have to walk to the store and wait for it to go through and check on the atm

This app is completely unreliable. Half the time when I try to use it, it freezes upon opening. I usually have to go to the website to log in. Very frustrating.

I cannot deposit a check on my phone. The camera function is so blurry that it can't read the numbers. There is nothing wrong with my camera. I've called to complain and was told to uninstall and reinstall the app. I asked if I should call back to let them know if it worked, and they said no. I did reinstall and it still doesn't work. Otherwise, this app is very nice. Just need to fix that.
