I'm impressed with the app, and Dischem, things just work. I've got one issue though, the last couple of times I've requested generics for one of my prescribed medicines, and each time the order was packed unchanged. I suspect it's not an app issue, but a process outside of the app causing a hiccup.

App worked great no major issues except that if I use the back button on my phone the app closes, that's why I didn't give it a 5. The service was also great because Dischem called me to inform me that the delivery will be delayed, which I prefer than waiting and not knowing what is the problem. Great experience overall as I was skeptical after reading the reviews here, it seems that most of the issues people raised were fixed.

This is the worst app i had the pleasure to download. The app doesn't take you to an eft option to pay for delivery. It was very frustrating and humiliating because the person receiving the delivery didn't have the cash on hand and the delivery was sent back there is still no medicine for the patient and what am i supposed to do? Poorest service ever.
