This is by far the best online pharmacy service I've experienced. The app is well thought through. The transfers work well and are accurate. Customer service is okay. They allow for giving tip from a different card. Previously used for very expensive medication, and I trust them. It's also by courier, so there's some extra expectation for tip but is totally worth it to me. Better than Amazon Pharmacy and feels more reliable.

So far, so good! Pharmacist was kind and compassionate when asking what my condition(s) was (are), and made it easier for me to receive my plethora of medication easier and more conveniently. Having chronic illnesses is no cakewalk as it is. The pharmacist here at Alto just made it a little less miserable for me to endure the journey of it all. Thank you, Alto.

I've been getting my prescriptions from Alto for about a year and a half. In all that time there has never been an update. When I tried to update recently nothing happens. I'm not directed to a link. I've not seen an update. If it's not a legal update people need to be informed.

Been using them for years without issue but out of nowhere Alto ceased carrying my medication. They didn't bother to let me know of these updates ahead of time and just cancelled my prescriptions when they were sent to them. This is incredibly disruptive especially if you're now having to get the medications reissued from your physician and your medications are essential to function. I would not recommend Alto to anyone that has to use medications on a daily basis as services are unreliable.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU'RE DISABLED!!!! They REFUSE to dispense PRESCRIBED medications if they're "controlled". This only became a problem this month on very short notice. If you're disabled and have to take controlled medications, DON'T BOTHER. I am disgusted beyond belief, I used to recommend Alto to so many people because of how much of a lifesaver it was since I'm housebound because of my illness. Now I can't go here anymore. If you take controlled meds, for your own safety, go somewhere else.

Every time I try to set up my next months prescriptions it's a tragedy of errors and issues. This service should be a method of last resort. It's a terrible experience. Avoid it.

WTAF. I AM W/O MEDICINE FOR THREE DAYS COS *ALTO INSERTED ITSELF* INTO MY HEALTHCARE *3 MONTHS* AFTER I UNINSTALLED THE APP AND *NEVER* ONCE EVEN GOT MEDS FROM THEM. I tried this app 3 months ago, but they're not open on the WEEKEND so I never filled ANYthing with them. Now 3 months later, my current WALGREENS MED is *unavailable* for refill cos ALTO TRANSFERRED THE PRESCRIPTION TO THEMSELVES! THIS IS ABUSE. THIS IS INTERFERING W/MY HEALTHCARE. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO MY HEALTH INSURANCE.
