Hinweis zu den App-Berechtigungen:
• Die Berechtigung „Telefon“ ist für die Gerätebindung zwingend notwendig, ohne diese Berechtigung ist eine App-Nutzung nicht möglich.

• Dein Gerät ist nicht gerootet: Das TAN2go-Verfahren wird nicht für Android-Geräte mit Root-Zugriff angeboten. Die hohen Sicherheitsstandards beim mobilen Banking können auf gerooteten Smartphones nicht gewährleistet werden. Oft geht das Rooting auch vom Hersteller deines Geräts aus. Häufig reicht dann eine Aktualisierung des Betriebssystems.
• Auf deinem Gerät ist kein Screenreader installiert: Ist auf deinem mobilen Endgerät ein Screenreader installiert, können angeforderte TAN ausgelesen und missbraucht werden. Deshalb ist die Verwendung eines Screenreaders nicht möglich. Um die TAN2go-App zu nutzen, deinstalliere den Screenreader (häufig unter Einstellungen > Eingabehilfen).
• Für eine vollumfängliche Funktion der TAN2go-App nutze bitte keine Android Beta-Versionen.
