I will always give ING 5 stars best bank ever, as for the APP. You can nickname you account by selecting it and going to settings, I also think it would be cool if you could change the background environment color or theme whilst still keeping INGs trademark Orange. (That would be a first ING) The first page after logging in normally displays your name, there should be a welcoming message at the top that says, "welcome" and your name. It's not really that hard to navigate, I am impressed.

Much worse than old app. Ugly, hard to see transactions and one of my accounts missing. Luckily the very good old app is still working otherwise I'll be giving up on ING

Worse than the old app. Doesn't show a running balance for each transaction. I was expecting better

I'm pleased that it is faster and more secure, however the ux is less 'fun' and more 'friction' now. Missing e.g. Consistent aliases for accounts, a running balance function, control over text size or color (supporting accessibility) and the ability to hide the 'products' tab which gets in the way of account access flow. I'm also missing the 'scroll across accounts' functionality of the previous app, which was fun and enjoyable. New ui feels like a chore to use, old ui was actually fun.
