I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response from your virtual asst. I have been reaching out all day to get a doctor consultation, yet no one has responded. Your representative assured me that I would receive an f/up ASAP, but the entire day has passed, and I have heard nothing. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. If you offer a service, it should be reliable and responsive. Unfortunately, this has not been the case, and it made me even sicker. I rather walk into a clinic.

Buat order on 24th December 2023. 26th Dec-doctor assigned to me was Doc Izzat. Good consultation. Considerably quick to email prescription after consultation. However, Bahamian shipment only proceeds with order on 3rd January. 2024. Haring dah 8th Jan 2024. Don't know what happened to the parcel also. Maybe got eaten by some birds on the way flying here? Mystery.
