How do you configure a new thermostat? - Once you have downloaded the app, make sure you are connected to the Internet and create your personal account by entering your email address and choose a password - Start the configuration procedure directly from the app tapping on the [+ Add New Thermostat] key - Follow the on-screen instructions carefully, step by step - Connect the thermostat to your home Wi-Fi network - Link the thermostat to your account through the thermostat QR code - Give the thermostat a name and place it in a group and it will appear in your list of devices - Now you have full control of the thermostat. Enjoy.
You can locally control all compatible thermostats like the One thermostat through the app: - Tap on the [+ Add new thermostat] key to begin the search. Make sure that Location Services and Bluetooth are active - Tap on any detected thermostat to give it a name - The thermostat will be added to your list of thermostats and you’ll be able to control it when you’re in its proximity.
This app can be used with compatible Selmo thermostats. You will need a wireless network with Internet access to take advantage of the thermostat remote control functionality of the app.

What on earth has happened. The update has created problems as follows-not being able to sign in, which makes this app useless for controlling your heating system remotely! The layout is no longer easy and user-friendly. You have to go through multiple taps for basic timer use, much harder than the previous design. It is clear this is now full of bugs that stop effective performance of the app. User design hasn't come into the functionality of the update. It's time to find an alternative.

The app keeps crashing every time I try to connect it to a new radiator. Infuriating. Part of the reason I bought the radiator is that it's supposedly smart. Not very smart if I can't connect it to the app.

Buggy, won't connect to rad, logs you out every time you close the app, headache... But if you try and try and try you will eventually get there, it took me about 5 attempts to get my 2nd rad added via a mix of restarting the app and factory resetting the rad.

App. Has become useless since last update. Unable to control radiators via. The app. No temperature graphs. If you are going to update something, shouldn't you improve it not ruin it?? 0 out of 10

I have constant problems logging in despite changing my password 3 times. Pretty useless as can't control heaters from app
