What on earth has happened. The update has created problems as follows-not being able to sign in, which makes this app useless for controlling your heating system remotely! The layout is no longer easy and user-friendly. You have to go through multiple taps for basic timer use, much harder than the previous design. It is clear this is now full of bugs that stop effective performance of the app. User design hasn't come into the functionality of the update. It's time to find an alternative.

The app keeps crashing every time I try to connect it to a new radiator. Infuriating. Part of the reason I bought the radiator is that it's supposedly smart. Not very smart if I can't connect it to the app.

Buggy, won't connect to rad, logs you out every time you close the app, headache... But if you try and try and try you will eventually get there, it took me about 5 attempts to get my 2nd rad added via a mix of restarting the app and factory resetting the rad.

App. Has become useless since last update. Unable to control radiators via. The app. No temperature graphs. If you are going to update something, shouldn't you improve it not ruin it?? 0 out of 10

I have constant problems logging in despite changing my password 3 times. Pretty useless as can't control heaters from app
