Emerson sensi is a way better platform than Pro1. The app is horrible at actually setting the temp on the thermostats. Wish I could have chosen any other company for my thermostats, these are horrible. I have 2 zones, and they both suck bad!!!!!!

I wished I would've not listened to my friend who installs air conditioning systems on using this thermostat. It is never straight forward. I can never get it to connect with my Internet without calling for help. This is ridiculous when I have never had an issue with any other products I own that use Wi-Fi. I think it is time to get a different thermostat after a couple of years and no improvement on the app whatsoever.

The schedule feature doesn't exist on this app. The old one worked fine. This update doesn't have the feature, but the tutorial says it's available.

Before the 2025 update, the app used to give me the "wheel of death" occasionally, when I tried to change the temperature. Since the 2025 update, when I try to change the temperature, I get the "wheel of death" about 95% of the time.
