It works from anywhere. So handy. I had it installed in my previous home and loved it. Now I have two of them for two floors. And couldn't get it installed fast enough. It's a game changer. I highly recommend them.

90% of the time it shows the thermostat off-line. The 10% when it is online, it doesn't work.

In recent months our Pro1 T855 Thermostat constantly disconnects. Wi-Fi signal is strong as has been for years. Never had a problem of thermostat disconnecting itself before. It's a game of try your luck when trying to change your temperature settings on phone app. Ridiculous.

This app used to be very functional until the Feb '25 update. Now it's next to useless. I can no longer adjust the schedule.

I've had multiple smart thermostats over the years, being that I am always renovating every location we purchase. This last project, an installer of mine recommended I install these thermostats for their online capability. These thermostats, or the app itself, always manage to find a way to disconnect from the Wi-Fi. I have 2 thermostats in this residence and both continually disconnect. What's even more surprising is that one will connect while the other disconnects and then vice versa.
