Basic operation on fixed/permanent hold/display settings works great. Don't use the scheduling features - to many variations in family schedules. Would love there to be a widget that I could keep on the home screen at a minimum of the current temp. -1 star

Crashes reliably, their thermostats work poorly too - stay away! Update July 2026: still crashes EVERY TIME you're trying to open the app (must be opened from the Google Play Store app, ) then works a couple of times and then grinds to a halt... awful 😞

In recent months our Pro1 T855 Thermostat constantly disconnects. Wi-Fi signal is strong as has been for years. Never had a problem of thermostat disconnecting itself before. It's a game of try your luck when trying to change your temperature settings on phone app. Ridiculous.

App use to work fine but since I did the latest update I noticed the app automatically sets holds, didn't used to do that, it automatically set temp when just looking at the temp setting. And now if u want to change temp and set a hold for the new temp u have 2 1st run schedule THEN slide over to the new temp can't go over or under have to move it EXACTLY to temp u want in order to get the hold temp if u go over or under then u have to restart over by selecting the run schedule and repeat. 😤😡🙄
