DORZ. Connecting Neighbors.

A Social App Connecting Residents, Businesses, and Building Management in Communities.

Introducing the ultimate mobile application that facilitates seamless communication based on geographical preferences - buildings or communities where we live and work. With direct access to local businesses and the latest updates from building management, everything you need is now in one place.

Residents can connect with each other on any topic. Need a babysitter? Looking for a soccer or tennis partner? Now you can easily reach out to your neighbors.
New to the neighborhood? Discover a neighbor who shares your interests by posting in the relevant category. You can even invite someone for coffee or a walk to foster new friendships. Communication within your community or building has never been simpler.

And there's more! Residents can effortlessly find any shop, product, or service by navigating to the appropriate category and selecting a business that’s conveniently located nearby. Whether you need shoe repairs, tailors, event planners, or car rentals, everything you seek is just a tap away with DORZ.

Best of all, residents enjoy free access to all categories, services, and features of the app at no cost. Residents can even post their property listings for sale or rent for free.

Businesses can register on a subscription basis, allowing them to connect directly with clients without relying on third-party aggregators.
Building management can easily post news, updates, and regulations relevant to each building and community, ensuring residents stay informed. All this is possible with just one app – DORZ.
