In order to make an account, your name has to be unique. That's right, your actual name not a username. Some genuine security concerns regarding how well data is stored in the database, if they use your name a sa primary key rather than a unique ID, I dare think how they store financial data/records.

Absolutely awful app. Difficult to navigate and book. I just wanted to book a fun swim for me and my children. I used the app years ago and have since forgotten the password. To get a new password is almost impossible and if you phone the pool directly, they just say to go online and book. The pool is still really good, but the app is complete rubbish.
