PAY PER USE: No fixed monthly fee and the usage charge is €0.39/minute. Activation is free and you only pay for the minutes you use the vehicle to move around smartly and without waste.
PREPAID: Count your expenses with the PREPAID plan so that you can drive at an advantageous rate with 120 minutes included per month for only €24.99 In the case of the subscription with 120 minutes included, once the 2 hours of monthly sharing have been used up, the service will switch to pay-per-use mode at a cost of a few cents per minute.
Electric vehicle charging is totally free of charge and will be managed by the Drivalia e+SHARE team. You will always find an electric car charged and ready for use.

Really buggy registration process. Also, you can only use it with an Italian mobile phone number even if it gives you the option of choosing a number with all the various country codes.

Worst service ever! Damaged cars, low battery, poor customer service, and there's always a problem with the car, or it might be parked in a private parking, and you've walked for 30 minutes. If you buy the one-shot bundle, it might be a big chance that you lose your money since they say they might give you another one immediately (which will never happen) then if you ask for a refund, they will show you a middle finger! They don't answer emails, and they never give you a clear answer on the phone

I have received 12 invoices of 21 euros for 7 cars in total with no clear explanation. I have even received some invoices multiple times for the same exact car. I wrote a lot of emails I tried to contact a lot, but customer care did nothing. Terrible experience using this service.

WORST SHARING CAR COMPANY IN THE WORLD!!!! If you want to throw your money away and completely shred your nerves, this is the app for you. I paid €7 for a 30-minute bundle, but I couldn't book a single car. The app constantly shows a ridiculous "We apologize..." message and does absolutely nothing. It's a complete joke that a company can't create a functioning booking app, yet they have no problem taking your money. Give me my money back and remove this faulty app from the store.
