This works great for me. I can track my truck from anywhere, and I can start/lock/unlock from anywhere. This works great in case I ever forget lock it.

I love the drone mobile app and unit. The only thing I don't like about it is having to restart your car each time which makes me feel as if you're wearing your starter out twice as fast.

I have compustar in 1 vehicle, and I have viper in another. I like some of the features that compustar has with the Drone mobile a little bit better, but this app is otherwise horrible and constantly buggy. Very often I need to log in again, and sometimes that will not even work without going into settings forcing a stop and clearing the cache. Also, why on earth do they limit the password to 8 characters?

There has to be a language barrier. Contacting support with clearly defined questions, including screenshots results in a response not related to your issue. Following up on that issue results in them sending you to telephone support on a Friday leaving you without an answer over the weekend and on Monday it was impossible to get through to anyone in support. They closed the case without addressing my concerns. This is not customer support this is dropping the ball and passing the buck.

I would rate this an easy 5 stars but every time I lock it from the app and *only* from the app, my car alarm goes off. I emailed asking them for help, and they closed out the case without responding to me at all. When I responded back, flabbergasted because im still having the issue, they closed the support again and im still having the issue. Odd im paying so much for something my neighbors call the police on me over. Now im a "nuisance" for using an app on my phone. Too bad I cant fix it.

App is always saying baterry 12.8v then I press start on app and right b4 it would normaly start a notice saying battery low then shows 11.0v on meter then starts. 6-month-old battery only. Must be a bug or the installation is draining something, but it was done by a professional drone certified installer so IDK im sure its done right, but this happened b4 shortly after install date hence new battery so im lost I just know on not buying car batteries every 6-12 months
