I have the alarm and dash cam on the drone mobile. The only thing that I don't like is it takes time to look at the live feed on the dash cam, and it sometimes doesn't even load up. So if someone is breaking in your car it's better to go outside then to look at the cam. And one more thing there customer service sucks, they are very rude!!!

This works great for me. I can track my truck from anywhere, and I can start/lock/unlock from anywhere. This works great in case I ever forget lock it.

I've had mine for a couple of years now. I started with the remote start and the alarm then got the front camera when some kids try to steal my car. It was the best decision I've made. It also calculates my milage for insurance purposes. If you are having doubts, don't, you need Drone Mobile to protect your vehicle.

I would rate this an easy 5 stars but every time I lock it from the app and *only* from the app, my car alarm goes off. I emailed asking them for help, and they closed out the case without responding to me at all. When I responded back, flabbergasted because im still having the issue, they closed the support again and im still having the issue. Odd im paying so much for something my neighbors call the police on me over. Now im a "nuisance" for using an app on my phone. Too bad I cant fix it.

I'm not sure where the problem lies, but I’m constantly getting "device not responding", internet connection problem, Api response time out. It used to work good! Please fix.

I give the service a five star I've had this on my vehicle for quite some time, but now I got rid of the vehicle, and I've always done the three-year plan, so I called to cancel my service and see if they would prorate and refund me the rest I have one year and 5 months left on my plan only to find out I'm SOL ($hit out of luck) they do not reimburse or prorate, so they keep that extra money so buyer beware if for some reason you need to cancel your service, keep in mind their pocketing the rest
