The app is great and everything in the app is great except for the live feed it takes a very long time to start the live feed and then when it starts it will go out all the time and have to reset it

Be patient, let the app load and communicate with your vehicle. Works great, cell strength is awesome. Better than my cell phone when my cell phone range is low.

I've had mine for a couple of years now. I started with the remote start and the alarm then got the front camera when some kids try to steal my car. It was the best decision I've made. It also calculates my milage for insurance purposes. If you are having doubts, don't, you need Drone Mobile to protect your vehicle.

After yesterdays scheduled maintenance for their services, it's not connecting. "Api service timeout,"" server error occurred," tried multiple phones, Wi-Fi and data. Will change stars when working again

Fairly useless. The delay on notifications makes that useless - alerts for engine starts and stops can come up to 5 minutes after the action. No connection to the fob, so the fob battery dies all the time with barely any warning, which sets off the car alarm on entry. Car location is the only good feature.

90% of the time it will not even start the vehicle. Keeps saying no connection to vehicle.

PHONE IS NOT ON POWER SAVING MODE! All permissions are granted. App has unlimited data use, and background use. App does not "go to sleep". Audible app notifications have no audible alert notification. The sound is just a SMALL BEEP, that doesn't alert me to anything. App does not have an option to change the notification sound. EDIT "Audible alert" means something that gets your attention. NOT a small, soft beep. THIS BEGAN NOV 2023! STILL NOT FIXED! Why is this such a difficult task to fix !?!
