To many unnecessary things to go through just to be able to look at your own account, to use online stuff, to put it digital wallet, to many unnecessary codes, sms, calls, web account, and stupid stuff in general, as someone who has multiple accounts in europe, this is by far the worst system ever to exist, and that also goes for all other systems in Bulgaria.

Often functions don't work. Sometimes when sending money, the transaction status remains as failed or processing, but the wire has already arrived.
