I had 12 baht in balance, refilled 200 baht to buy 179thb package, after refill dtac instantly bought 89thb 512kb package for me, and I never connected to mobile network with it, never chose this package. Basically scam. I am client for 3 years already, and they do this.

The worst internet in Thailand. Even if you bought an unlimited package for one month and if u use too much data every day the internet will slowly slow down and can't even watch videos and always loading for a long time. Honestly I don't recommend to use dtac. If u don't believe me I guarantee you will definitely regret it.

So many annoying notifications. Make it stop. Spam. Spam. Spam. Most ANNOYING app ever. All Notifications are turned off, but still so many annoying messages from dtac selling me what I already buy from them. Go away. Or I will.

I called your support line and waited for almost 16 minutes, but nobody answered my call. This is very bad service and a waste of my time. I also have a problem in my app with a 0.00 KB package still showing in my active packages, and when I try to delete it, the app says “Something went wrong”. There's an issue with the security check for almost three months. Every time I tried to pay bills with credit card, It keeps showing" fraud check failed" despite the fact that I have been paying bills with the same credit card for a few years. It seems that the only way to pay bills is money transfer from bank account. That's inconvenience.
