I have used this energy bridge since it t came out for testing until they rolled out the program to everyone. That has been many years, and the box finally started having problems. I contacted support and the box was replaced with absolutely no delay and shipped out to me. They also supplied me a prepaid shipping label to return the old box using FedEx. Great job !!!!

Jessica at DTE Insight is very polite and knowledgeable and willing to help out with the Insight app. She has been able to resolve my issues in the past though very few. This time my issue was beyond her expertise, so she escalated it to the backup team. My issue was resolved in about 4 days and all is working well. Her actions were why my app is working fine. She definitely has the customer in mind. I thank her for all her help. I love this app, and I look at it numerous times a day.

Features Real Time tracking of energy usage in Watts, review historical data to target energy usage. App provides goals a warnings to track and stay within an energy budget. I highly recommend for anyone interested in monitoring their energy usage, as this requires no home modifications. Simply PnP

When I compare previous periods, I want to see ACTUAL usage/charges. No one is interested in ESTIMATES after actual usages and charges are posted. Please start showing ACTUAL usages and charges for previous billing periods. Please stop showing ESTIMATES for previous billing periods. UPDATE Aug 2025: no data updates for last 5 days. Buggy app with completely incompetent developers/IT managers. No shame it seems...

Works well with daily usage estimates. Issues with gas usage data not loading for the past few weeks.
