Thanks working again 5.29.26. Update: it used to work but now suddenly this box is not working and not connecting to my Wi-Fi or to my cell phone energy app. Probably needs to be replaced with a newer model. Please fix.

Jessica at DTE Insight is very polite and knowledgeable and willing to help out with the Insight app. She has been able to resolve my issues in the past though very few. This time my issue was beyond her expertise, so she escalated it to the backup team. My issue was resolved in about 4 days and all is working well. Her actions were why my app is working fine. She definitely has the customer in mind. I thank her for all her help. I love this app, and I look at it numerous times a day.

Used for DTE Energy customers to pair an Energy Bridge to their DTE Smart Meter. This is a Subscription based service for the Energy Bridge Real Time monitoring and free device is ordered on sign up. Features Real Time tracking of energy usage in Watts, review historical data to target energy usage. App provides goals a warnings to track and stay within an energy budget. I highly recommend for anyone interested in monitoring their energy usage, as this requires no home modifications. Simply PnP

When I compare previous periods, I want to see ACTUAL usage/charges. No one is interested in ESTIMATES after actual usages and charges are posted. Please start showing ACTUAL usages and charges for previous billing periods. Please stop showing ESTIMATES for previous billing periods. UPDATE Aug 2025: no data updates for last 5 days. Buggy app with completely incompetent developers/IT managers. No shame it seems...

Couldn't use the app. App is crashing after connecting with DTE energy bridge. I uninstalled & reinstalled several times still the same.
